PEMAX Seat Shears Features: Our seat shears have a stepped gear lever to adjust the cutting conditions . To cut thin or thick diameter iron, the gear lever can be pushed forward to change the position of the power gears. The cutting edges are made of special tool steel, hardened to 55-58 HRC.
