PEMAX FIXED BENCH VISE

The Steel Bench Vise GS-52-1040 is cast from spheroidal cast iron.
The jaws were machined on a CNC machining center and then cemented with 40 Rockwell cementation.
The jaw drive shaft within the working mechanism is made of 1040 steel, and the shafts have undergone turning, forging, and rolling processes.
It contains one trapezoidal 5-square nut which is fixed to the body.
It can be replaced if it becomes deformed (worn out).
Their characteristic feature is the same: jaw width and workload capacity.
